Production process of Silicone lid:
● Apply glue to the edge of the glass cover body to be bonded.
● Use a liquid silicone injection molding machine to pour liquid silicone rubber onto the edge of the glass cover, and heat the mold at about 140°C for 10-20 minutes to cure the silicone rubber.
● Clean the raw edge of silica gel, make the rim clean and clear.
● Put the above silicone glass cover in an oven and bake at 180-220°C for 1-2 hours to produce the finished silicone glass cover and related factory inspection.
